TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Subscriptions

We offer three subscriptions where the customer can choose from depending on their budget or preference. All subscriptions will let the customer get access to the VIP APP, Talent site and Castings Database.

 

  1. Monthly. TAC Monthly Funnel (no bonus) for $26.00 every month with option to cancel anytime.

  2. Yearly. VIP THE AUDITION CONNECTION FUNNEL for $199 FOR 12 MONTHS (.55 CENTS A DAY) recurs annually with option to cancel anytime.

  3. Lifetime. VIP LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP for $799 FOR LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP.

 

All subscriptions will let the customer get access to:

  • VIP Members only database access ($2500 Value)

  • VIP Members only app castings access ($500 Value).

 

These subscriptions (except for monthly) include access to the following (bonuses) materials and programs.

  • Showbusiness Guide ($79 Value)

  • Exclusive Industry Insider Recipe for Success ($199 Value)

  • Exclusive Insider Guide to Music Reality Shows ($199 Value)

  • Monthly Industry Webinars ($2500 Value)

 

Bookings

Bookings are not guaranteed as final selections or hires are determined by the company that we submit the talent to. What we do is provide opportunities to talent and agencies by giving access to our vast digital talent database and casting submission services.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, bookings, and referrals network, full or partial refunds are not permitted. If a client decides to cancel at any time after a payment has already been made, it can no longer be refunded. However, they can continue to utilize the services until their subscription cycle ends whether it is a monthly or annual subscription.

 

Cancellation Policy

At The Audition Connection, we value your commitment to our services and aim to provide you with the best audition opportunities and resources. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. To ensure a smooth cancellation process and maintain transparency, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Subscription Terms:

● Our subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis, as specified in your subscription agreement.

● Cancellation of a subscription can only be initiated by the subscriber (hereafter referred to as "Subscriber").

2. Cancellation Requests:

● Subscribers may request the cancellation of their subscription at any time, as long as the cancellation request has been sent by the Subscriber prior to the renewal transaction. The subscriber must complete the cancellation form on our website https://www.theauditionconnection.com/cancel

● Cancellation requests must include the Subscriber's full name, subscription details, and the reason for cancellation. Follow the instructions on the form.

● Cancellation requests must be made by talent if age 18 or older or by parent/legal guardian if talent is under age 18. You must include talent’s name, signer’s name and email address used to sign up.

3. Refund Policy:

● For Monthly or Annual Subscriptions:

  1. If a Subscriber cancels a Monthly or Annual subscription, once the renewal transaction has been processed, they will not be entitled to a refund for the current billing period, as the service will be available until the end of the billing cycle.

  2. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred.

  3. Subscriptions are for the registered talent only and are not transferrable.

● For Lifetime Memberships:

  1. Lifetime Memberships will remain in effect for as long as the company offers the product.

  2. Subscriptions are for the registered talent only and are not transferrable.

4. Access and Benefits:

  1. Upon cancellation, the Subscriber's access to The Audition Connection platform services will be terminated at the end of the current billing period for monthly or annual subscribers.

  2. At the end of the billing cycle, the subscriber will no longer be eligible for any benefits or resources associated with their subscription.

5. Change of Subscription Plan:

I. Subscribers have the option to change their subscription plan instead of canceling. Any changes to the subscription plan will take effect immediately.

You understand and agree that the cancellation or termination of your subscription is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with us including, without limitation, any dispute related to, or arising out of: (i) any terms of the Agreement or our enforcement or application of the Agreement; (ii) any of our practices or policies, including, without limitation, our Privacy Policy, or our enforcement or application of these policies; (iii) the content available through the Services; (iv) your ability to access and/or use any the Services components; or (v) the amount or types of our fees or charges, surcharges, applicable taxes, or billing methods, or any change to our fees or charges, applicable taxes, or billing methods.

By subscribing to The Audition Connection Agency you agree to abide by this cancellation policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy as necessary.

Suspended Accounts

If an account becomes “Suspended” due to nonpayment or for any reason, the member becomes ineligible for castings. Please contact talentprofile@theauditionconnection.com for assistance.
